Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR)
Every marketing or promotional email we send flows from explicit, recorded consent or a legitimate business relationship established through prior commercial contact. Every such communication includes a one-click unsubscribe mechanism that removes the recipient from all future marketing communications immediately and permanently. We do not send marketing messages to individuals or businesses who have not consented or who have previously opted out.

Our advertising and promotional materials comply with the standards required by the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. In particular:
- Testimonials and case studies on our website are composite illustrative examples, clearly labelled as such. They are not verbatim accounts from named individuals, and they are not presented as such.
